Products arrived broken; one cracked completely, and another one partly on the spout part.
What shall I Do?
You may either resend or refund.
It is not clear at what stage of transportation it was broken .It is necessary to pay attention to better packaging .And put not one sticker that there is glass, but several !
The bottles arrived rayee and not well packed. I decided to keep them and I started using them. I wash them tous 2 days, and I 've been using them for 3 weeks and I found mold around the lid today! I'm crazy because I drink mold water, it's not acceptable and not human-I don't know how you can sell an object like that for water consumption!
The bar came completely to pieces, the packaging was deficient and being a glass product must be very well protected to ensure that it does not arrive broken. I will not buy from this seller again because the packaging does not seem reliable to me.
Put delivered but received nothing. I was reimbursed.
