How to use the 3 stage knife sharpener to sharpen the kitchen knife?

Place your Myvit Knife Sharpener on an even, non-slip surface, make sure your knife blade is clean and dry. Guide the blade of the knife at an angle of 90° to the sharpener into the desired module at the slot.

--1st Step: ( Tungsten Steel )-- Quickly restore the correct bevel shape to very dull or damaged knives.

--2nd Step:( PREP - Diamond Surface).-- Realign a bent edge without moving removing metal. Great for daily maintenance.

--3rd Step: "FINE" stage (fine tune): --Polishes the blade and equalizes any surface irregularities that may have been caused.

Hold the knife upright and pull it using light pressure straight from the base of the blade to the tip.

Repeat this process.

1-coarse(Carbide blades) for blunt knives

2-medium(Diamond abrasives) for daily use

3-Fine(Ceramic rods) for knives and polishing
